Thank you for your interest in donating new backpacks and school supplies to support our children and youth. Your contributions go directly to one of the youth in our programs, and the value of your donation is tax-deductible.
In order to ensure that your gift will have a lasting impact, we ask that any new backpacks you donate be sturdy and able to survive an active child throughout the school year.
When can I drop off supplies?
You can stop by our Oakland office (address below), between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. You can also stop by on Saturday, July 21st between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
What else can I do to get involved?
We are having a volunteer "Stuffing Party" to get these backpacks ready for their new homes. On Saturday, August 11th, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., stop by our Oakland office and help us stuff these backpacks full of the supplies their new owners will need to get them ready to succeed this school year.

What school supplies should I buy?
Students need a variety of supplies to be successful in school. Below are lists of what students need in elementary school, and in middle/high school.
